Dr Przemysław Suchodolski

I started my adventure with finance while studying at the WULS, which I continued until I obtained a PhD in Economics. In addition, I expand my knowledge through national and international certification. I am a graduate of the prestigious ACBP program recognized by ICV.

I have gained professional experience in many industries - from waste management, through food production, furniture and yacht components, to e-commerce. I believe that the industry is just the material we work with. Even though they have their own rules, each of them is bound by the same business rules and similar keys to success and expansion of the company.

The opportunity to work in an international environment opened my eyes to the possibilities of developing finance and controlling. Companies, regardless of their country of origin or phase of the development cycle, struggle with similar operational problems. 

Managing multi-area teams and daily cooperation with company management boards enabled me to better understand business and employee needs. In every company, it is crucial to find a balance between qualified and motivated staff and the expectations of the management board or owners. I believe that the role of business partnership in companies cannot be overestimated.
